Timothy P. Peabody has been practicing family law since he founded the Timothy Peabody Law Firm in 1988. Since that time, he has been representing clients in all types of family law matters, including divorce, legal separations, annulments, property settlements, child custody and support, paternity, spousal support, paternity, domestic violence, mediation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic partnerships and civil unions, adoptions, and grandparents rights.
Mr. Peabody obtained his Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, where he was presented with an award from Phi Beta Kappa, one of the oldest and most prestigious national honor societies in the U.S. After graduating, he went on to obtain his Master of Business Administration, also from the University of California, Irvine. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1988 and was admitted to practice law before the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court that same year. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
